George Galloway advises on Audeo Partners’ internal retail strategy and provides executive consulting for clients on mixed-used and retail projects.
George has 37 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has extensive knowledge and experience in planning and implementing store positioning, site acquisition and disposition strategies in over forty major retail markets across the United States. His primary client base over the last 37 years has been developers, national credit retailers, and restaurant groups. He has been responsible for the expansion of dozens of retail and restaurant concepts across the nation. George’s expertise in real estate includes the value-add development opportunities across product types.

RETAIL LEASING. Negotiated and closed thousands of retail leasing transactions worth over $2B in value on behalf of both landlord and tenant clients.
ADVISORY & BROKERAGE SERVICES. Developed strong relationships with retail clients ranging from individuals to multi-national corporations and REITs to provide advisory and brokerage services for retail space in dozens of markets.
REDEVELOPMENT. Acquired, repositioned, redeveloped, and profitably sold retail, industrial, and land parcels over the past 20 years throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
George founded Next Realty Mid-Atlantic in 1999, where he serves as Managing Principal, after eight years with The Staubach Company, where he was regularly recognized as a top producer, and several years with Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services.
George’s clients have included Harris Teeter, Target, Floor & Décor, Walgreens, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Clyde’s Restaurant Group, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Uncle Julio’s, Darden Restaurant Group, Matchbox American Bistro, TrueFood Kitchen, and ChiKo.
George earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Texas and is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, and West Virginia.
George is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves on the Inova Hospital Foundation Board. George has previously served on the Southern Methodist University Alumni Association Board of Trustees and was Fund Drive Chairman for his Southern Methodist University class in multiple giving campaigns.
George played for the Dallas Cowboys and even played in one Super Bowl in Miami. He played the tuba in the Dallas Cowboys Band for two years while in college.
